What’s your role at Catapult?

What is your role at catapult and how long have you been there?
I’ve been with Catapult for just over 5 months. I operate the machine that cuts the labels and support the guys that ship to customers to make sure they get their prints in good time.

What’s a day in the life of your role like?

My day-to-day is very dynamic. As you can imagine, getting everything packed and ready for customers can be extremely busy, especially with a busy print day but every day is a great challenge.

Where did you start off?

I studied industrial engineering and came from my old company as the line lead in production for a large team. I love keeping busy and making things happen so Catapult is a great place for that!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Honestly… Catapult. I want to make a career with this company. I want to learn all the different areas of the business and help grow the company with the team.

How would you describe the culture?

The work environment is very friendly and everyone supports each other. It’s great to feel comfortable at work and there’s always someone on hand if you need help.
